The unit has a Smart Television that can be used to stream your favorite companies, eg, Roku, Netflix, Hulu, Disney etc., plus there is an antenna installed to allow tenants to watch local channels. The internet is already connected. 1 Gig Fiber Optic, so it's suitable for working remotely if needed. Free parking is available for up to two cars on the driveway, plus you have the option to park one car in the shared three car garage if you would prefer. This property is Pet Friendly, two dogs with a maximum weight for each of 80lbs are allowed in the property, there is a pet fee of $100.00 per month.
